She then decides to lose weight after getting dumped by her lover. The consequences and side-effects are explored further after the 'achievement'..is it what she really wished for?

The question in the summary is how the manga ended. There was no real finish which was a little disappointing. It was a good josei manga. Almost a little disturbing. Showed the emotional imbalances of a person. But no good ending :(
